I was never into breakfast. I probably ate more breakfasts during the quarantine than my entire life. Let’s be honest, when you spend so much time at home, all you can think of is food. Since the global pandemic shot down the entire world, mostly on my mind are snacks, lunches, dinners, desserts, and, to my surprise: breakfasts. It’s not easy to be creative after a few weeks of a lockdown, however, here is a short list of my favorite 5-minutes power breakfasts, which hopefully will get you through the workweek. Be aware though, they are all based on the dairy (what can I say, I need that calcium in my life).

Monday: Let’s start week with something really good – Hearty Bowl

Honey

Tuesday: Keept it easy and healthy, Chołojec – Minimalist’s Dream

Ingredients:

Black Pepper & Salt

Wednesday: Hump Day Booz – The Twisted Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients:

Soy Milk

Strawberries

Banana

Oatmeal

Peanutbutter

Chia seeds

Thursday: It’s a pre-weekend! – Avocutie

Ingredients:

Cottage Cheese

Tomato

Avocado

Lemon

Black Pepper & Salt

Friday: Stay on truck over the weekend – Flashback Friday

Ingredients:

Oatmeal

Almond Milk

Sunflower Seeds

Cashews

Almonds

Dry Cranberries

Prunes

Honey
